"As someone who has been held up twice, I am fortunate that I have never been injured. Combined with living in downtown Seattle, it was time for me to be prepared for the 'what if' situations. Even if I never use the skills I learned in the self defense workshop, I feel empowered and trust myself more." ~ Michelle, 36
"My wife was a bit nervous about attending alone so we decided to take the class together. What a fun and great learning experience it was! Master Ahn and her team were very welcoming and empowering. We both feel more confident about our abilities to defend ourselves and now have a better sense of awareness. We had a great time training together and now often practice at home!" ~ Josh
"This self-defense class was so thrilling!" I ask my friends to surprise attack me during the day. With these skills I feel prepared for any threatening situations." ~ Alyssa, 17
