This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn and practice easy ways to get out of grabs and holds. You will also learn and practice using the weapons you have on your body, and what the best target areas are for those weapons. This workshop is geared to the non-martial artist. Wear comfortable clothes to move around in and we will practice in socks or barefeet on a mat. Grab your spouse, partner and/or friends to this important seminar regarding your safety. Past participants have found this workshop practical, empowering, and fun! Cost is $39.
